How do you register your products in the African Internet Dictionary of Medicines (DIAM)?
DIAM is a database of pharmaceutical, parapharmaceutical and medical device products legally marketed in Africa. Its function is to inform users about the availability of products in their country, and to provide the necessary documentation on these products.
What products can be listed in DIAM?
Medicines (originator and generic);
Parapharmacy products;
Medical devices;
Medical equipment;
Comfort products.
How much does product referencing cost?
It's the presentation of your products that we offer to reference, not the product as a whole. The cost is €120 per year (i.e. €10 per month) for each referenced presentation.
This price includes the layout of the SCP, which you must supply in French, as well as the addition of the reference in all country editions for which you hold a valid MA.
What do I need to do to list my products?
You already know the price. We'll provide you with a table to fill in with information (ATC code, RCP in French, countries in which you have a valid AMM, etc.) for each presentation you wish to list.
You will then receive an order form for the amount of ? x 120€ for a 12-month listing of the presentations you wish to reference.
As soon as we receive your order form and product details, the listing process begins. It can go very fast!
